Community members are encouraged to donate blood at any Mississippi Blood Services donor center or mobile blood drive statewide and request that their donation be credited to Group Code ES58 in support of Deputy Yates Rodney.

2nd Annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride

The Columbia Fire Department is excited to announce our 2nd Annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride on Saturday, June 27, 2026!
Last year's ride was an incredible success thanks to the support of our community, and we're looking forward to making this year's event even bigger and better.
All proceeds from the ride will be donated to the injured deputy to help relieve some of the burdens during his recovery.

The Rodney Strong Virtual 5K is a month-long event dedicated to supporting Deputy Rodney Yates and his family following a line-of-duty injury.
Once you've completed your 5K, we encourage you to share your accomplishment on social media. We'd love to see participants from across the state and country come together to show their support for Rodney and his family.
